Santa & Cole, a small, independent, and globally operating design company based in Belloch (Barcelona, Spain), was founded in 1985 by Javier Nieto Santa, Nina Masó and Gabriel Ordeig Cole. Since then, we have been editors. Editing means choosing and making public a work that is usually someone else’s, protecting its authorship and defending its virtues. Adapting everyday objects for broader use, much like a publisher edits stories.
